Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Qais has been appointed as the Commercialisation & Marketing Partner for the Changi Airport portal for a period of 5 Years.

Under this contract Qais is responsible for market research, usability, creative and IA development, developing service provider partnerships for travel portal and related features, and for managing both advertising on the site, and the marketing of the site to potential users.

This project follows our first consultancy brief advising CAAS on the development of its Enterprise Portal.
